FitnessIQ wasn’t a startup idea, it was personal and about the risks we face as a community. I spent half my life overweight, body-shamed as the “fat kid”. I tried everything, gym, running, fasting, water diets, influencer plans. Nothing worked long term, the moment I paused, I was back at square one. So why do westerners eat the same and not carry it like we do?

The truth is simple, our bodies are different. And food is an emotion in our homes, it’s culture, family, comfort. Meanwhile, diabetes, obesity, and other issues keep rising in our community. So how do we change that?

After years of learning diet and fitness for our community, FitnessIQ is my promise: simple, honest, personalized plans around your body and busy lifestyle, refined weekly by real experts, transparent, and built to keep you consistent and accountable. Why does this matter?

Frequently Asked Question

Never get bored and forget diet worries. We offer a variety of options so you can eat easily and enjoyably. We offer a variety of options so you

We start with a short intake on your goals, schedule, medical flags (e.g., blood sugar control, PCOS), and food culture (vegetarian/eggetarian, halal and so on). A certified dietitian builds your first weekly plan and then refines it using your meal photos and feedback, no one-size templates. We learn about you and help you learn about yourself, that’s how change sticks.

We are finalising early-access pricing now and will show the exact number here before you start. Our promise is simple, your monthly price will be less than one McDonald’s meal, one Domino’s pizza, or one medium biryani, per month, not per week. Our aim is to keep it affordable and worth it, so we can get fit now and pass better habits to the next generation.

In terms of cancellation, you can cancel anytime in Settings, and billing stops at the end of your current cycle.

Your plan is handled by certified dietitians (we call them coaches) experienced with South Asian foods and common conditions. You’ll have a weekly check-in for adjustments, and you can message between check-ins.

You upload meal photos whenever you eat and log workouts when you train. Your coach reviews the week and tags progress with simple colours daily:

  • Green - Master mode: great quality & consistency
  • Yellow - Good efforts: close, small tweaks
  • Red - Early efforts: we’ll simplify and rebuild momentum

You’ll also get detailed feedback and actionable notes each week, what worked, what to change next. You will be amazed how much you will learn about your body with seeing the change within few weeks.

Yes. That’s the point. We design plans for vegetarian/eggetarian, halal, no beef/pork, and fasting windows (Ramadan, Navratri, Upvas). We can also work around intolerances (e.g., lactose, gluten). We build from your plate, not against it.

FitnessIQ offers diet plan, workout, and micro-habits, it’s not medical care. If you have diabetes, thyroid issues, PCOS, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to your doctor first. We’ll tailor your plan within your clinician’s guidance. Our aim is prevention and better daily habits, not replacing treatment.

Absolutely. Travel, weddings, exams, festivals, life happens. We create lighter weeks, travel menus, or a brief pause. Your coach updates the plan so you stay consistent without starting over.

Eating healthy at every meal is impossible, and pretending otherwise makes people quit. So we strongly recommend you to upload everything, even the “bad” meals, so we both understand your real patterns and cravings. The ring shows how many days you posted this week (0–7). Colour is about quality, not just quantity, seven ice-cream photos will still show red, and you’ll get simple fixes for next week and what to change. Progress is strong & faster when we are honest with ourselves and that is how change happens.

Yes. We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, and we only collect what’s necessary to coach you. We never sell your personal health data. You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.
