Inside the App

A simple overview of how FitnessIQ app works day to day, and how to understand what you see in the app. This page is here to help you use the app with clarity and confidence. Nothing more.

Your Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a clear snapshot of where you are and things you need.

From here, you can:

  • See a summary of your day and week
  • View your weekly progress ring
  • Access your plan and meal preferences
  • Log meals and activities

It is designed to stay simple and focused, so you are not overwhelmed.

Your Weekly Progress Ring

The weekly progress ring shows how your week is going.

It updates based on what you log in the app - meal photos and activity - in line with your plan or smart alternatives. Real life is not perfect. All you have to do is upload a picture. We will guide you.

When the ring moves

The ring moves as you upload meals and activity.

Each time you upload a meal photo, whether it follows your plan or a smart alternative, the ring moves further. The ring completes it's cycle at the end of the week, in line with your plan period.

If you eat ice cream, upload it.

If you eat outside the plan, upload it.

Honest logging is more important than perfect days.

That is how real progress starts.

What the colours mean

The colour of the ring is set by your coach, not by you.

It reflects your meal quality and overall alignment with your plan and goal.

Green: This means consistent meals, sensible alternatives, and honest logging. Small variations are normal. Green reflects a steady week that supports progress.

Yellow: There is effort, but slight inconsistency, this may include missed logs or meals outside the plan. Yellow still counts as progress. It is a sign to adjust, not to feel discouraged.

Red: Your week did not align with your plan. This can happen due to irregular logging or a disrupted routine. Red is not a judgement. One week never defines your journey. It simply shows where support or a reset may help.

Movement shows activity. Colour reflects your quality and alignment.

What this is not

The dashboard is not a score, a rating, or a pass/fail system.

It does not judge effort, discipline, or intent.

It reflects patterns over time, not individual moments.

A simple example

You could upload many dessert photos in a week, and the ring may move, but stay red. Ring movement shows that you are logging. Colour changes only when there is quality and alignment. If you follow your plan, use smart alternatives, and log honestly, green can be achieved with just a few good meals.

You are not proving anything to your coach.

You are being honest with yourself.

Upload whenever you eat.

That is how awareness becomes progress.
